We headed down to he Phoenix zoo today with a classmate of Sam's and his mom and sister. The weather was absolutely perfect in Phoenix - in the 60's and sunny. My friend had season's pass so she graciously let us use her guest pass, which was super kind as the zoo is not cheap. The kids had a blast and were tuckered out by 3pm so we headed home. My friend Jen and I were of the same mind set that we didn't need to see all the animals rather we just wanted the kids to enjoy themselves. Hence we saw maybe 10 different animals and the rest of the time was spent in the play area and water park area. It was a fun day!

When we got home from the zoo Sam was in high spirits. He was dancing all around and I got some of it on video. He's a funny little kid.
