The Haynes, the owners of Alpine Hikers, invited all their Prescott staff to join them for lunch and an egg hunt at their house today. We enjoyed visiting and talking about the upcoming summer while the kids played outside. We had a traditional Swiss food called Rotsi, which resembled hash browns with ham and cheese. Quite good.
After a quiet time at home we ended the evening with a really bad meal that I cooked - tilapia in a coconut curry sauce that NO ONE like. After dinner we made up for the lack of nutritious food with Reese's Peanut Butter cups and a rousing game of Monopoly. Note to all those who will play games with Balin: he loves to win and is ruthless - even in Monopoly. Note to self - don't play to win with him.
